Streamers:
In order to make your camera system talk to ours, you will need to have a compatible CCTV camera, DVR, or NVR. Watcher has a bridge that allows you to add your system to ours. We will be able to send you a bridge for the small price of £79 +VAT & postage and packing. order Bridge here. Once you have received your bridge, plug it into the mains and connect to your router by using a network cable (supplied).
Grab your phone/laptop/PC and go onto the Ivideon website using the link https://my.ivideon.com/service/login. Once you are on the site, create an account.
You will be asked to choose a pricing plan: £9.60 for 3 months per camera. However, we are offering £20 for 12 months. This licence can be ordered on our website at the same time that you order the bridge. The voucher code you are provided with can be entered into the pricing plan.
Your cameras are required to be set to 'sub stream'. To do this, find the 3 dots next to the camera image, click on those and select 'camera settings'. Change the default to 'sub stream'.
The next thing is to capture the embedded code. Click on the 3 dots again, go to 'Public Access', and copy the embedded code. Paste it into the Watcher Login & Enrol page – as a Streamer. Congratulations - you are now ready to go!
We will receive your enrolment request and check the image of the camera to ensure it meets the GDPR requirements. We will then place your camera on our Watcher website for live streaming.
The area that you are live streaming in will require a 'Live Streaming' sign to be displayed. We have a template that can be downloaded from our website for you to display.
If you chose to earn money from your live streaming (this is optional), you will need to click your preferences on the enrolment form.
